Terms and Conditions for the Woogle – S Promotional Offer: Free E-Commerce Website Development

1. Website Framework
   This offer includes the development of a standard e-commerce website built on WordPress utilizing the WooCommerce plugin.
2. Design Scope
   The website design will be based exclusively on one of the demo templates available at Avada Prebuilt Websites – Shop/WooCommerce category.
3. Product Uploads
   • Up to 50 products will be uploaded to your website as part of the initial setup.
   • You will receive training on using Woogle – S to manage and upload additional products independently.
   • If your product catalog contains fewer than 50 items, only 50% will be uploaded during setup, with training provided for managing the remainder.
4. Page Allocation
   The development scope includes up to six standard non-e-commerce pages (e.g., About, Contact, Services).
5. Content Provision
   You are responsible for providing all website content, including product details, copywriting, imagery, and brand assets.
6. Domain & Hosting Requirements
   You must supply an active domain and hosting plan. If unavailable, separate fees may apply to procure these services.
7. Subscription Commitment
   To qualify for this promotional offer, you are required to maintain an active paid subscription to Woogle – S for a minimum of 12 consecutive months.
8. Early Termination
   Should you cancel your Woogle – S subscription before the 12-month period concludes, a fee of R16,000.00 (Sixteen Thousand Rand) will be charged for the website development services rendered.
9. Payment Delinquency
   Missed subscription payments may result in forfeiture of the promotional offer and will trigger a charge of R16,000.00 (Sixteen Thousand Rand) for the website development.
